Winter Soulstice Soiree - Dinner + Ceremony

Join us for our annual Winter Soulstice celebration at Sterling Forest Lodge, December 21st – 5:30pm

To mark the passage from autumn into winter, and the shortest day and longest night of the year, we will gather together as our ancestors have for millenia to honor the returning light with a feast!

Chef Andreas John will be joining us in the kitchen to create a soul-full feast that is sure to inspire and impress. This self-proclaimed “home cook” has been training his palate since infancy, beginning with his mothers exquisite gourmet cooking and refined by travels around the world. His love for unique middle-eastern spice combinations paired with flavor profiles that dazzle with depth are truly special. His nourishing 4-course vegetarian meal will begin with a robust grazing board, and wrap up with something sweet and ethereal. As always, our meal will be carefully sourced to incorporate as many local, seasonal and organic elements as possible.

This delectable feast will be enjoyed together at our communal table and we will have special performances and ceremony around the fire following dinner. We are excited to honor this age old tradition with new and old friends and look forward to seeing you all on the Solstice!
