The Equinox Retreat at Sterling Forest Lodge is an experience of deep relaxation surrounded by the magic of the forest in northern Vermont.

For this special equinox celebration, we’re offering a three-night, all-inclusive experience designed for you to unplug from it all and reconnect to yourself, nature, and being.

The weekend includes a variety of optional wellness programs like yoga, wood-fired sauna and hot tub session, mindful outdoor experiences as well as plenty of time for you to explore the property on our 40 acres of forest and maintained trails, read a book on the porch, or jump in our spring-fed swimming pond… there’s a little something for everyone and the whole weekend is designed so you never have to leave our property if you don’t want to.

Consider this a weekend of rest+rejuvenation for your soul. Come unplug to recharge.

Participant Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel:
● Cancellation within 24 hrs of booking will receive a 100% refund
● After 24hrs and up to 4 weeks prior to the program, you will receive a 100% refund, minus a 6%
processing fee (The 6% cancellation fee represents the fees we pay to our credit card
processing company and the administrative fees).
●Within 4 weeks prior to the start of the program, or if the participant does not show up for
any reason, no refund or credit will be given.

flight cancellations, or travel delays.
